3 Steps to participate in SONS "Train Up" After School Program

1. Register (please register by Sept. 1st)
2. Complete and return enrollment packet (by Sept. 14th)
3. Your child arrives at the afterschool program and starts building strength and hope! (starts Sept. 14th)

Registration and Enrollment Information

• Cost: A $20 enrollment fee is required, along with a $20 monthly donation to support the after-school program. Financial assistance is available for families who may need it.
• Location: 55 15th Street, Port Huron MI 48060
• Dates: Sept. 14th - June 11th; closed when Port Huron Area Schools are closed.
• Times: immediately after school to 6pm

Transportation Provided

Transportation from selected schools to SONS Outreach will be provided based on registration. A list of schools will be available after September 1st.

Please arrange pickup for your child at SONS Outreach at 6:00 pm. SONS does not provide after-program/evening transportation.
